Surfer with more than 15 years in the sport. She has taught adults, children, groups, families, training and competition from the north to the south of Portugal. She holds a Grade I professional surfing coach licence.

Read articleNo. We teach beginners, intermediate surfers and advanced surfers. In the first lesson we assess your level and adapt the group and the plan.
Yes. Every lesson includes a softboard surfboard, a wetsuit and a leash. You only need swimwear, sunscreen and water.
Kids lessons are for ages 5 to 12, with a maximum of 3 children per coach. Holiday clinics are for ages 6 to 16.
On the beaches of Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra with the best conditions of the day, such as Guincho and Carcavelos. We send the exact place the day before.
Each lesson lasts 2 hours. Group lessons are 30 € per person, private lessons are 50 €, and a pack of 5 lessons is 125 €. Performance training with video analysis is 60 € per session.
Safety comes first. If the conditions do not allow the lesson, we reschedule at no cost or refund the amount paid.
